As a Renegade Reliability Senior Leader, you won't just advise; you'll embed yourself with clients to deliver measurable transformation and drive strategic initiatives. You'll be instrumental in:

• Designing and implementing cutting-edge reliability strategies, leading the charge on Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Precision Maintenance initiatives that translate directly into operational uptime and cost savings.
• Developing and optimizing comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and establishing advanced Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs and technologies, moving clients from reactive to proactive maintenance.
• Implementing and managing diverse condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, thermography, and oil analysis, to detect early signs of asset degradation.
• Optimizing asset performance through the development and oversight of best-in-class lubrication programs, ensuring assets perform at their peak and last longer.
• Transforming maintenance operations through expert guidance on Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and comprehensive Work Management processes, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
• Revitalizing spare parts inventory management, from initial stores setup to full revamps, including optimizing Bill of Material (BOM) structures, ensuring accurate ERP setup, managing parts obsolescence, and driving inventory optimization to reduce carrying costs and improve availability.
• Unlocking actionable insights from data by expertly leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, turning complex data into clear, impactful business decisions.
• Driving performance accountability by defining, tracking, and managing critical KPIs and establishing robust performance management frameworks for client organizations.
• Cultivating high-performing teams through strategic people management guidance, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within client maintenance and reliability departments.
• Influencing executive-level decisions by crafting and delivering compelling executive presentations that articulate strategy, progress, and financial impact, building trust and securing buy-in.
• Mastering financial stewardship by developing and overseeing maintenance budgets, identifying areas for optimization, and ensuring resources are allocated for maximum return on investment.
• Shaping the future of client assets by providing expert guidance on capital project planning and execution, ensuring new investments contribute to long-term reliability and operational excellence.
• Acting as a trusted, results-driven partner across diverse projects, from targeted hourly consultations to complex, multi-year strategic transformations.

• A highly experienced professional with a strong background in reliability, maintenance, inventory & purchasing, systems, analytics, or AI, preferably from senior-level leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
• Someone who thrives on getting things done and delivering measurable value.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships and present complex information clearly to all levels of an organization.

• Proven expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Precision Maintenance methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Hands-on experience with various condition monitoring technologies, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, and thermography.
• Strong background in Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Work Management best practices.
• Extensive experience with large spare parts inventory management, including initial setup, revamps, BOM optimization, ERP integration, and obsolescence management.
• Demonstrated experience with lubrication programs and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
• Expertise in establishing, tracking, and managing KPIs and performance management systems.
• Experience in people management, coaching, and team development within an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in maintenance budget management and financial analysis related to asset performance.
• Direct involvement in capital project planning and execution.
• Proficient in various Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Hexagon, MP2, E-Maint).

• Background in Finance or strong financial acumen.
• Engineering degree or background.
• Computer Science degree or background.
• MBA or other advanced business degree.

This position allows for remote work, ideally near a major airport, to facilitate client travel. A strong bonus will be considered for candidates willing to relocate to our headquarters in Melbourne, Florida, where they can enjoy:
